Overview
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Communicate with housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are ready to accommodate guest needs
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Minimum of 1 year in Hotel Front Desk or other Service Experience
- Minimum of High School education, Post-High School education preferred
- Employee discount
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
