Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers with their service needs, account inquiries, and product information. Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding services, payments, and account maintenance.
- Place outbound and follow-up calls to current customers and new prospects to promote additional services and fertilizing programs.
- Accurately obtain and enter customer information during interactions.
- Identify customer needs and clearly communicate the value of services tailored to each customer, aiming to maximize satisfaction and revenue.
- Promote relevant products and services based on seasonal offerings.
