Entry Level Life Customer Service Support
- Review incoming Life/Health/Annuity application submissions for accuracy and completeness based on state specific requirements
- Prioritize, organize, and key policy data into multiple systems and prepare the physical file for underwriting in a timely manner
- Assist our agents with application submissions by delivering high quality customer service
- Effectively communicate (both verbal and written forms) with our agents, policyholders, and associates
- Develop working knowledge of Life application submissions, policy features, coverages, and procedures
- Contribute to the team through technical skills and knowledge, process improvement ideas, and serve as a training resource to others Desired Skills & Experience
- Two years of direct professional office experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree or above is overqualified for this role.
- Direct insurance agency/company experience with Life products a plus
- Must type a minimum of 40 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- Flexibility for occasional and/or seasonal overtime
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively and enthusiastically with others
- Strong work ethic
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments
