KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Receptionist & Cashier is a team player that combines many of our Fox values when communicating with customers, team members, vendors, and our community. As a Receptionist & Cashier, you are responsible for answering basic inquiries, directing customers, and handling payment transactions. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.

• Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to determine the nature of their visit.
• Communicates with visitors and incoming callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Provide basic dealer information or directs customers to the correct department
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Answers incoming phone calls. Directs caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Handle all customer payment and credit transactions.
• Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account(s).
• Assists service customers during the morning and evening when needed.
• Assists with administrative duties as requested.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
