Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage full P&L responsibility for the manufacturing site, including budget development, financial forecasting, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives for process optimization, lean manufacturing, and automation to enhance efficiency and capacity.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including supply chain partners, customers, and corporate leadership.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated financial acumen, including P&L responsibility and budget management.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive operational excellence.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, Industry 4.0, IoT).
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Demonstrated success in optimizing global supply chain and logistics operations.
• Prior experience with M&A integration or significant capital expenditure project management.
