Logistics / Production Supervisor

Are you a floor-ready leader who thrives where the supply chain meets the assembly line? We’re looking for a high-energy Production & Logistics Leader to spearhead warehouse and repack operations at a 3PL location, directly supporting a global Tier 1 Automotive powerhouse.

The Road Ahead:

• Lead the Crew: Direct a dedicated team of 30+ associates, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.

• Merge Two Worlds: Oversee the seamless integration of production workflows with 3PL logistics requirements.

• Drive Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements (Lean, 5S) to keep our Tier 1 client ahead of schedule.

• Master the System: Utilize SAP (and your own sharp instincts) to track inventory, manage workflows, and ensure data integrity.

This is a permanent first shift opportunity to make an immediate impact on a team!

salary: $65,000 - $82,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse team
• Lead day-to-day warehouse operational activities
• Support all functions of SAP & ERP processing
• Analyze inventory, ensure all inventory is processed in and out of the system accurately and efficiently, and lead cycle counts
• Ensure all the work orders entered into the system accurately
• Confirm and verify product specification, artwork, and production/ repack schedule
• Work with customer to monitor inventory and release requirement
• Monitor product quality control according to specification
• Coordinate international and domestic freights as needed
