Warehouse Verifier - First Shift

Hours: 7:00am - until, Monday to Friday
Location: Garden City $17 per hour

DarkHorse Express Solutions Inc. is seeking a meticulous Warehouse Verifier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach to verifying incoming and outgoing shipments. As a Warehouse Verifier, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
-Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and other documents -Inspect shipments for accuracy, quality, and damages
-Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of products
-Record and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel
-Organize and maintain records of inventory, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
-Collaborate with warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
-Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
-Previous experience using a RF Scanner (preferred)
-Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as shipping orders, invoices, and packing lists
-Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
-Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
-Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
-Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
-Commitment to following safety protocols and guidelines

Benefits:
-Hourly wage is $17/hr
-Full-time, consistent hours from 6:55AM am - until work is complete, Monday to Friday
