Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure all fabrication processes adhere to quality standards, blueprints, and specifications.
• Coordinate with production planning to meet manufacturing schedules and deadlines.
• Provide hands-on support and technical guidance for complex fabrication projects.
• Implement and enforce all company safety policies and procedures within the fabrication area.
• Oversee the proper functioning and routine maintenance of fabrication machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues, optimizing processes for efficiency and quality.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in various fabrication techniques (e.g., welding, cutting, forming, machining).
• Proven experience leading and supervising a fabrication team in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and adherence to quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to fabrication processes and equipment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
• Demonstrated ability to design and build fabrication jigs, fixtures, or tooling.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance for fabrication equipment.
