Salary Range: $129,000 - $180,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share.
• Oversee the P&L, manage budgets, and implement cost control measures to ensure financial performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture, manage staff development, and ensure effective team leadership across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Optimize supply chain management, procurement, and logistics to support production needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing environment, including P&L responsibility.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and driving profitability.
• Track record of implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading successful Industry 4.0 or digital transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in global supply chain optimization
• Proven track record in new product introduction (NPI) and scaling manufacturing processes
