Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
• Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts and explain variances.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with customer pricing analysis and profitability reviews.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, purchasing, and sales teams to gather financial data.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
• Participate in special projects and financial analyses as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience in the automotive manufacturing or supplier industry.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting principles.
