Job Title: BOM Engineer/Analyst

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP, ERP, and PLM systems.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering and manufacturing drawings.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Design.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Teamcenter and data management.
• Familiarity with master data concepts.
• Previous experience working with Engineering Change Orders.

Job Description

This position is essential in both engineering and manufacturing, focusing on creating workflows and bills of materials from engineering change orders. The successful candidate will ensure product data quality in the Bill of Materials and material masters, leveraging charted drawings and other product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create material masters and bills of materials.
• Handle the Engineering Change Order (ECO) process by implementing changes into Teamcenter.
• Review and document changes in drawings made by R&D into Teamcenter.

Work Environment

This position offers a flexible work environment, with on-site work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. The team is small and close-knit, promoting a collaborative atmosphere. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Employees have the opportunity to work from home and gain access to Udemy after six months to pursue training of their choice.

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
