Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cleanroom Technician, working in a state-of-the-art facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring the production of defect-free parts, maintaining equipment, and upholding high standards of safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements
• Perform assembly on parts and quality inspection on in-process and finished products
• Ensure parts are 100% defect-free before continuing the process
• Maintain records of production and scrap figures
• Maintain equipment and keep work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Follow and support company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Have the ability to stop the process in the event of nonconformity
• Work within a team environment

• 1 year of manufacturing/assembly experience
• High attention to detail with quality and pride in work
• Ability to lift, bend, and stretch throughout the entire shift
• Steel toe shoes/boots

• Experience with hand and power tools
• Background in inspection/material handling

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment within a recently remodeled 150,000 sq ft facility dedicated to Chrysler business. Safety and cleanliness are paramount. The plant features 244 Fanuc Robots, Sub Assembly Cells, Flex cells, Stand-alone cells, Weld robots, and Dispensing robots. Enjoy a non-unionized setting with a no cell phone policy on the floor. The facility operates on a Just-In-Time basis for the plastics side and not for the metals side.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troy, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
