National Account Coordinator
National Account Move Coordinator (Full-Time)

About the position
• Full-time M-F / 8AM- 5PM
• Manage national account moves from cradle to grave with regular communication with both account
and customer.
• Handle full customer service move process for national account customers including, but not limited
to: telephone calls, emails, setting up files and paperwork, preparing estimates, move registrations,
working with fleet and operations to schedule dates, request authorizations, set up 3rd party services,
arranging debris pick-up.
• This position does require direct contact with our customers, accounts and drivers.
• Heavy interaction with account representatives via phone and email, as well as with the customer to
make the customer experience easy and seamless.
• Customer advocate throughout the move process.
• Responsibility to maintain positive relationships with account representatives to encourage receipt of
future opportunities.
• Focus on quality is key throughout the process, as our customers get surveyed on their experiences
and our survey scores determine the future opportunities that we receive.
• Seeking someone who is self-motivated with strong communication and follow-up skills. Needs to be
able to handle stressful situations.
