Job Description

As Senior Manager of Data Center Power Generation, you will lead the strategy, operations, and performance of OCI's on-site and integrated power generation assets. This role ensures safe, compliant, and reliable energy supply while advancing efficiency and sustainability objectives. This position oversees ongoing Data Center critical infrastructure maintenance and repair for all service lines and implements strategies aligned with Oracle processes and industry standards. Oversees site selection and assessment activities across programs or regions. Leads cross-functional design and commissioning review efforts. Partners with key stakeholders to remove blockers and provides recommendations, solutions, and resources to meet operational requirements and specifications. Provides guidance to teams on the administration of contracts and reviews policy documents to ensure alignment with company standards and best practices. Oversees the proposal review process of maintenance plans and escalates/shares findings with senior leaders for approval. Leads the development of training programs for newer team members, ensuring they align with team goals.

  • Lead multi-site power generation operations, including maintenance, reliability engineering, and safety programs.

  • Define and execute strategies for energy procurement, decarbonization, renewable integration, and reliability improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and internal standards across generation assets.

  • Oversee major capital projects and upgrades from scoping through commissioning and operational handoff.

  • Serve as a primary interface with utilities, regulators, and enterprise energy stakeholders.

  • Establish KPIs and lead performance reviews; mentor engineering and technical leaders.

  • Senior leadership experience in large-scale power generation or energy operations (utility, IPP, or mission-critical).

  • Deep technical background in generation systems, controls, EHS, and regulatory compliance.

  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and complex stakeholder environments.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
