The Role

We are hiring Lending Operators at different production levels — from growth-track originators to proven volume producers.

You will source, structure, and close investment property loans while operating inside a disciplined credit framework. This role requires both production drive and credit judgment.

Core Responsibilities

• Source and close DSCR and/or RTL loans
• Build and maintain broker & investor relationships
• Pre-screen opportunities within defined credit guardrails
• Structure deals aligned with LTV and underwriting standards
• Submit complete, clean files with required documentation
• Proactively manage pipeline and CRM/LOS
• Participate in weekly deal and credit calls
• Collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, and capital markets

Clean Execution Standard

• Complete borrower intake at submission
• Accurate deal structure
• Clear communication
• Minimal underwriting rework
• Strong pipeline discipline

Requirements

• Background in real estate, mortgage, or brokerage
• Hungry to build a book
• Coachable and disciplined
• Strong follow-up and organization
• Eager to develop structured credit judgment
• Proven DSCR / RTL production history (Preferred)
• Active broker or investor network (Preferred)
• Consistent monthly volume (~$2M+ funded preferred)
• Strong understanding of LTV discipline and credit fundamentals
• Operates well inside structured, compliance-driven platforms
