Job Title: HVAC - Lead Technician

With a reputation for exceptional service, professionalism, and technical expertise, we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced HVAC - Lead Technician with a Mechanical Contractors License to take a hands-on leadership role.

Position Overview
The HVAC Lead Technician will be responsible for overseeing installation, service, and repair projects while providing mentorship and guidance to a team of technicians. This individual will ensure work is performed to the highest industry standards, deliver outstanding customer service, and support operational efficiency. Service Titan experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead, train, and support HVAC technicians on service calls and installation projects.

· Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems.

· Oversee and ensure proper installation and maintenance of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

· Maintain compliance with safety regulations, codes, and company quality standards.

· Collaborate with management on scheduling, project planning, and resource allocation.

· Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations and recommendations.

· Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and follow-up needs.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of progressive HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.

· Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and installation practices.

· Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.

· Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
