Lead Analytics Developers

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Microsoft Power BI solutions to deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analysis requirements and translate them into effective Power BI solutions. Build and optimize data models and transformations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for version control and deployment. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of Power BI solutions. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Power BI environments. Document technical specifications, data mappings, and solution designs. Partner with data engineers to create and maintain data definitions, lineage, and cataloging. Coordinate project resources, schedules, and communications to ensure timely delivery of milestones. Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and data governance for Power BI development. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users for effective adoption of Power BI tools and features. Telecommuting permitted.
