We areseekingan organized, proactive, and service-orientedOffice Administrator tohelpensure the smooth operation of our Lansing office while providing executive support to our Chief Executive Officer. Essential Responsibilities
Office Operations & Coordination
- Oversees daily office operations to ensure efficiency, organization, and a positive work environment.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for office-related vendors, service providers, and facility needs.
- Supports onboardinglogisticsfor new employees, including workspace setup and coordination of materials.
- Supports basic tracking of office-related expenses, purchases, and budgets.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Provides hands-on administrative support including scheduling, document preparation, filing, and communications.
- Coordinates internal meetings, trainings, and events, includinglogistics, materials, and follow-up.
- Assistswith tracking andmaintainingorganizational documents, records, and files.
- Makes travel arrangements for executives and other administrative staff.
- Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming correspondence, including mail,faxesand email.
- Adds and edits information on the CAMW! website.
- Processes bi-weekly payroll in coordination with the CFO.
- Supports cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment andtimelycompletion of tasks and projects.
- Partners with leadership to support organizational needs and special projects.
- Manages the CEOs calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing commitments, and coordinatinglogistics.
- Assistswith coordinating communication on behalf of CEO, including written correspondence.
- Supports board-related activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, andmaintainingdocumentation.
- Handles confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree orhigherin business administration, office administration, ora relatedfield preferred.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in office management, executive support, or administrative operations.
- Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive leaders or boards.
- Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or office operations.
- Knowledge of workforce development programs or community-based organizations.
- Experience processing payroll or supporting financial administration.
