Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and program PLC/PAC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
• Design, implement, and commission new automation systems and equipment upgrades.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for control systems, instrumentation, and robotics.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and data acquisition.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control narratives, and system documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and integrate automation solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Experience with robotic systems (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and motion control applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues in automated systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB, Universal Robots)
• Proficiency in programming and integrating machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence)
• Familiarity with database integration (e.g., SQL) for SCADA/MES systems
• Understanding of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices
• Experience with advanced programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis or custom applications
