Salary Range: $82,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong safety culture and continuous skill development.
• Oversee the timely and effective repair of production machinery, facility infrastructure, and utility systems.
• Manage the maintenance budget, control costs, and optimize spare parts inventory and MRO procurement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Analyze equipment performance data and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality departments to schedule maintenance activities and support operational goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical proficiency across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including hiring, training, and performance management of maintenance personnel.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and optimize preventative and predictive maintenance programs (e.g., CMMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for diagnosing complex equipment failures and implementing root cause solutions.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations (OSHA), quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies
