Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential (and light commercial) heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards.

• Deliver an exceptional, high-quality experience to every customer, maintaining our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.

• Comfortably and effectively troubleshoot and repair forced air furnaces.

• Clearly understand and communicate the benefits and value of preventative maintenance agreements and company options to customers.

• Utilize technology onsite to process customer data and service information efficiently.

• Provide assistance and feedback for training Apprentice Service Technicians as needed.

Requirements:

• 3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience is required.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Able to demonstrate advanced customer service skills and communicate clearly with both residential and commercial customers and coworkers.

• Comfortable working from a 12' step ladder.

• Willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes.

• EPA Universal Certification is required

• NATE certification is a plus

• Experience with residential boilers is a strong plus.

• Must be tech savvy - Service Titan experience is a plus

• Earn $37 - $47 per hour plus commission with OTE of $70,000-$100,000
