A manufacturing facility in Morenci, MI is looking for Entry-Level Operators for 3rd shift. No prior experience is necessary – training is provided.

Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:30am )

• Packs correct number of parts into prescribed carton
• Places identification label on full skids, and may be required to take full skid to its proper storage area.
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Responsible for cleanliness of workstation, machine appearance, and floor surrounding the workstation.
• Sets aside parts that do not meet specifications.
• Assuring process is running acceptable quality level parts.
• Disposes of scrap
• Prepares necessary paperwork including plex labels and in-process inspection card

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Steel toes are required.
• Comfortable working overtime and weekends if scheduled.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds repetitively.
• No experience needed.

• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
