Salary Range: $76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and work instructions.
• Analyze process data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability in process optimization, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Proficiency in interpreting P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Experience with manufacturing safety standards and quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or process simulation tools
• Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, Python/R)
• Experience with automation, robotics, or SCADA systems
