Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage inventory, and improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in budget management, cost control, and P&L analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) systems or specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle SCM)
• Familiarity with industrial automation, IoT, or Industry 4.0 initiatives
