Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks, developing data-driven solutions to optimize performance.
- Develop, mentor, and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles, tools, and techniques.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting engagement, ownership, and problem-solving at the operational level.
- Establish metrics and tracking systems to monitor the progress and impact of continuous improvement initiatives, reporting on ROI.
- Manage and prioritize a portfolio of continuous improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Standardize best practices and processes across different production lines and facilities to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Recommended Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
- Proven ability to lead complex improvement projects from conception to successful, sustained implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills to influence and train at all organizational levels.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or statistical software (e.g., Minitab).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience integrating automation, IoT, or Industry 4.0 concepts into continuous improvement initiatives.
