Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by establishing robust production methods and validating processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues, implementing root cause corrective actions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Create and update manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze production data to monitor performance and identify areas for process enhancement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process improvement and optimization.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for fixture design and process layout.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, or other continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership
• Proficiency in advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Minitab, Power BI, Python)
