Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Design, procure, and qualify tooling, fixtures, and equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of production issues and root cause analysis.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from prototype to full-scale production.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
• Analyze production data to identify and implement yield, cost, and capacity improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and production support.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and experience with manufacturing process design and tooling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Experience managing manufacturing projects from concept to completion, including scope, budget, and timeline.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with automation and robotics integration.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for process optimization.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
