Visual Content Creator & AI Creative Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and tech-forward Visual Content Creator & AI Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of visual storytelling, food & beverage culture, and cutting-edge technology. You’ll be responsible for producing compelling visual content across photo, video, and graphic formats—utilizing both traditional creative tools and AI-driven platforms—to elevate our restaurant brands, drive engagement, and support promotional campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Concept, create, and deliver eye-catching visual content for social media, website, digital ads, and in-store promotions

• Use AI-powered tools for content creation (e.g., video generation, image enhancement, motion graphics, design templates) to accelerate production and elevate creative quality

• Collaborate with the marketing manager, graphic designer, and photographer to ensure cohesive visual storytelling

• Capture or direct photography and video content on-site during events, menu rollouts, and guest experiences

• Support the development of short-form video (e.g., reels, TikToks) using a mix of live footage and AI-generated visuals

• Create graphic assets for email marketing, print materials, and web

• Stay current on trends in visual media, restaurant branding, and creative AI tools

• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals while pushing creative boundaries

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with a passion for hospitality, storytelling, and aesthetics

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects or equivalents)

• Experienced with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Descript, or similar

• Comfortable with photography and video (capturing and editing)

• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, visual trends, and how content performs

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry

• Familiarity with SEO, web design, or email platforms (like Klaviyo or Mailchimp)

• Motion graphics or 3D animation knowledge
