Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full- Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, a positive attitude, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for patients.- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results and client needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to clients with speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Collaborate with KDcare staff and other professionals to support client progress.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Provide consultation and guidance to parents and KDcare staff on speech and language development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with clinic and state regulations.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic client care.
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children (preferred).
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and sensitivity to client and family needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
