•Educating patients on hearing health and personalised treatment options
•Fitting and fine-tuning hearing aids using best practice standards
•Providing ongoing follow-up care and long-term patient support
•Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation

The ideal candidate will be: •Licensed in New York State (or eligible to obtain licensure)
•Compassionate, patient-focused, and driven to improve quality of life
•Confident in patient communication and counselling
•Comfortable working with modern hearing aid technology and software
•A strong team player with a proactive and professional mindset The Locations The role is based across Northern New York State, in two well-established community settings.
