Bookkeeper / Office Manager | Holland, MI
Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Holland that are seeking Bookkeeper / Office Managers. Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform daily/weekly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Process payroll, track employee time, and manage expense reports for accurate disbursement.
- Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, managing mail, and maintaining common areas.
- Provide administrative HR support, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding.
- Coordinate with non-production vendors and manage office facility maintenance and repairs.
- Offer high-level administrative support to the management team, including scheduling and document preparation.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in full-cycle bookkeeping (AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliation).
- Demonstrated experience with accounting software, preferably including ERP systems common in manufacturing.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability in office management, including administrative support, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Epicor) common in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., job costing, standard costing).
- Familiarity with inventory management processes and reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations relevant to manufacturing.
