Key Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate production line personnel, fostering a productive work environment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and performance-manage a diverse workforce.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, quality control principles, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production bottlenecks or quality issues.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and a commitment to fostering a safe working environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Bilingual proficiency, especially in languages common among the local workforce.
