We are looking for a talented restaurant manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence. As a manager at our East Grand Rapids location, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining experience, from guest satisfaction to employee training and scheduling. Your leadership skills will be instrumental in motivating, coaching, and managing our staff to provide impeccable customer service and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, food and beverage quality control, and inventory management
• Drive sales and Guest reviews
• Manage scheduling and labor costs to optimize profitability
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
• Ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and codes
• Actively source talent
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. Including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a diverse team and delegate tasks effectively
• Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
