Summary :

• Job Position: Admin Support Personnel
• Salary/Pay: $25-33/hour
• Shift: Day Shift - 5/10s could shift to 6/10's
• Location: Saline, MI
• Entry-level position; Ideal for candidates seeking to gain field safety experience in heavy industrial construction administration

Requirements:

• 80/20 or 90/10 - Primarily administration duties with some field presence and assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Professional, dependable, and comfortable interacting with site personnel and leadership
• Willingness and ability to support and coordinate tasks across multiple departments (administrative support role)
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, document management, tracking systems).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in Spanish, highly preferred but not required.

Additional Requirements:

• Local to the project highly preferred; per diem/monthly stipend possible – depending on candidate experience, certifications, etc.
• Ability to start ASAP.
