This role delivers integrated pre- and post-operative critical care, applying the nursing process with clinical expertise and compassion.

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
• Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

• 2+ years of SICU Experience - Required
• Open Heart Trained - Required
• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA)- Required
• Travel Experience - Highly Preferred
• Epic Experience - Preferred
