Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial automation).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from scope definition to successful execution.
• Experience with implementing and optimizing manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and PLM systems.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) in a manufacturing context.
