Salesforce Configuration Analyst

Job Description

• Consolidation of 8 CRM systems into 1 Salesforce instance

• Scope includes:

o Account & contact data

o Product hierarchy alignment

o Quoting, sales order processing, and software provisioning

o Integration with HubSpot for marketing and lead management

What This Person Will Do

• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud for the consolidated CRM

• Configure accounts, contacts, opportunities, product hierarchies, and quote to order flows

• Configure Salesforce to support HubSpot integration

• Build from defined requirements and backlog items

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years hands on Salesforce configuration experience

• Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Declarative configuration: Flows, validation rules, record types, layouts

• Lead to cash or quote to order experience

• CRM implementation or consolidation experience - Salesforce-HubSpot integration experience

• Product objects, Price Books, or CPQ exposure

• Software / SaaS sales environments
