Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Acute Care, Pontiac, Michigan, United States. This travel, temporary assignment starts 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks, with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The work schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (5x8), in a hospital-based inpatient therapy setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,182 to $2,297.

Responsibilities
- Provide interdisciplinary occupational therapy services to inpatient acute care patients under the direction of the Manager of Inpatient Therapy Services
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized OT treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, mobility, cognition, and upper-extremity function
- Implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, and adjust plans to support functional independence and safe discharge
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, contribute to rounds, and participate in discharge planning
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient record and ensure compliance with department and regulatory guidelines

Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy with a B.S. or M.S. in Occupational Therapy
- Registered by the State of Michigan and in good standing; active Michigan OT license
- Minimum 2 years OT experience required; inpatient acute care experience is mandatory
- ICU experience preferred
- Certifications: BLS (AHA)
- Ability to work in an inpatient hospital setting and participate in a travel assignment
