Front of House Team Member
At Chick-fil-A, the Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Chick-fil-A Front of House (FOH) Team Members should be friendly, enthusiastic, and have a strong work ethic. They should be able to multitask quickly and accurately while ensuring that guests are served with genuine hospitality.
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Take customer orders at the front counter or drive-thru
- Prepare customer orders, including making drinks and milkshakes
- Deliver orders within the restaurant and to curbside parking
- Keep the counter, dining room, and other service areas clean
- Maintain food safety standards and observe health and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure guests are served with genuine hospitality and leave with a smile
- Communicate effectively with guests and other Team Members
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A rules, policies, and dress code
- Complete any additional tasks assigned by leadership
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass a background check
