We’re seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. If you’re motivated by helping others, solving problems, and creating a positive experience for every caller, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your customer service career.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Conduct occasional follow-up calls to ensure questions are fully resolved
• Provide accurate information regarding prior authorizations , general inquiries, and confidential matters
• Work within multiple computer systems to document and update customer records
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering information
• Meet performance expectations for quality, accuracy, and call volume (typically 50–100 calls per day, depending on complexity)

• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate several systems at once

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recent call center experience handling high call volumes (within the last 2–3 years)
• Stable work history — no “jumpy” resumes
• Minimum one-year tenure in previous roles
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plymouth, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
