Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, equipment, and wiring.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using testing devices and schematics.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and motor controls.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Install conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections according to codes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience with PLC programming, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong understanding of industrial motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and and technical manuals.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant safety standards.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance of electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting skills
• Experience with robotics and automated systems
• Proficiency in Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) setup, programming, and diagnostics
• Certification in NFPA 70E Arc Flash Safety
