Salary Range: $50,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components and machinery parts.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production equipment and modify existing setups.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment, including PLC-controlled machinery.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and practices in an industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and industrial controls.
• Proficiency in welding, fabrication, or machining skills.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience maintaining robotics or automated manufacturing equipment.
• HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
