We are seeking a Grinder Operator for a 1st shift opportunity in Jackson. This role involves preparing and loading machines with raw materials, unloading finished parts, and supporting machine operators throughout the production process.

Grinder Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )

• Load and unload parts into machines following established work instructions and quality standards.
• Stage raw materials and transport finished products to designated storage or work areas.
• Support machine operators with production-related tasks to help maintain workflow efficiency.
• Verify proper part placement and loading to prevent machine misfeeds and production issues.
• Inspect parts and promptly report any defects, damage, or equipment irregularities to supervision.

Grinder Operator Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the shift

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
