We are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to become a part of our agency!
Responsibilities:
- Develop insurance quotes, prepare applications for commercial lines agents.
- Address walk in client’s sales needs Monday – Friday – 9:00am - 5:30pm.
- Process endorsements received via mail, email and fax.
- Perform renewal reviews and prepare renewal applications
- Insurance company audits
- Carrier Downloads
- Certificates of Insurance
- Accounts Receivable
- Incoming phone calls
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Commerical Lines agents
Qualifications:
- P/C License
- Previous experience in insurance
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Self-starter
- Superb follow through
