Salary Range: $126,000 - $176,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met.
• Manage the facility's profit and loss (P&L) statement, budget, and financial performance to achieve profitability goals.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and environmental health and safety (EHS) standards.
• Optimize production processes, resource allocation, and supply chain coordination to maximize output and minimize costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Strategic planning and execution capabilities to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
• Excellent understanding of supply chain management, quality systems, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to global operations or local workforce diversity
• Demonstrated experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industry 4.0, AI/ML applications)
• Experience leading successful M&A integration or divestiture projects
