Salary Range: $60,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of manufacturing associates to achieve production goals.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
• Monitor production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with management to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and address concerns.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production goals.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing equipment and relevant software.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• - Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• - Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• - Bilingual in Spanish (or other relevant language).
• - Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior team members.
