Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to gather input and align on demand plans.
• Monitor forecast performance, identify root causes for forecast errors, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present demand plans and insights as a key input to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Integrate new product introductions and promotional activities into the overall demand plan.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to refine forecasting methodologies.
• Utilize demand planning software and tools to optimize forecasting efficiency and accuracy.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Demonstrated understanding of S&OP processes and inventory management principles.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9).
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with statistical forecasting methodologies or software (e.g., R, Python).
