Physician (MD/DO) - Sterling, Michigan

Position Overview
The Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care, including patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient examinations and obtain detailed medical histories
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and laboratory results
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in electronic health records
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Adhere to clinical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory standards

Requirements
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in an appropriate specialty
- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain licensure
- Completion of an accredited residency program
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Experience
- Clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based care environment
