The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This full-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability.  A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. 

Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience in management, customer service, sales, and community engagement and events, particularly those with a background in the health and fitness industry. Candidates who are experienced certified personal trainers and are comfortable working in a hybrid capacity are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Club Manager  is a passionate individual dedicated to helping members and guests enhance their lives through health and fitness. Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events and activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A friendly, outgoing, and warm demeanor
• Genuine and honest personality
• Flexible availability
• Technologically savvy
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Experience in management, customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is highly preferred
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply
