Karle Medical Group ( is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our professional and dedicated care team. We are looking for motivated individuals ready for long-term part-time or full-time employment in a dynamic family practice environment.

At Karle Medical Group, we welcome nursing students and actively accommodate school schedules. Many of our current staff members are nursing students who contribute tremendously while advancing their education.

What We’re Looking For:

• Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume office
• Eagerness to learn and engage in both administrative and clinical duties
  

Desired Experience (training provided where needed):

• Electronic Medical Records (EHR) and scheduling
• Patient reception and interaction within HIPAA guidelines
• X-ray assistance
• Communicating results to patients, pharmacies, and providers
• Assisting with pap tests, physicals, and Medicare wellness visits
• Injections, immunizations, and fingerstick blood tests
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and patient records management
• Assist with patient intake and vitals collection
• Support physicians and nurse practitioners in direct patient care
• Ensure a seamless patient experience through professionalism and efficiency
